A fast #run today. I was a bit surprised that the heat didn’t push my ❤️rate up. I thought I’d have 2 slow down 2 stay in HR Zone 3. 2nd run with my new #Adidas Adizero Evo SL, which will be my go-to shoe for road runs. I like its cushioning—soft enough 2 feel comfortable on hard surfaces, yet firm enough 2 avoid the feeling of losing energy in the soles. And most importantly: the color alone makes me 15 secs / km faster😁 Very good training session today. #running #garmin #runnersofmastodon
