hello, yes. This is the second book in a month I've read where world-building has cows being milked, but it's specified there are no babies or bulls. You have to breed them, they have to be pregnant and give birth for milk to happen. They are mammals. Women don't just squeeze out milk whenever. Neither do cows. How is it that authors and editors do not know this very basic fact? This is elementary school biology--field trip to a farm stuff. ffs
