I am pleased to see that the Garden State Balcony Solar Act, S2368 has unanimously passed both the state assembly and state senate.
I know Gov. Sherrill has other things going on, but if she could sign this real quick, it would really help me in my war against the HOA who "banned" my balcony solar generator.
