@stevewfolds@mastodon.world Do you have extra air filtering in your house as a matter of course? Daughter and I put it in here three years ago when we realized the pollution indexes were rising almost every month in the summer.

@Lizette603_23@mastodon.social Yes, I change filter in forced air furnace that is also A/C 6-8x year. Bedroom has had a Conway HEPA filter going for 20(?) years. Filter changes are annual. More acreage has burned in the state (Utah) this year than in the past five combined. The current US government is ignoring global warning and the US is responsible for about 50% of total pollution.
