@mcfly@milliways.social I generally use scraps of wood to report measures to the various sides of a project. They are not as accurate as "Jo Blocks", but for #woodworking a ±0,50 mm precision is acceptable, and scraps are thousands of times cheaper than good blocks. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gauge_block

@mcfly@milliways.social snap a chalk line, run the circ saw across, cut the first and last boards by hand. And never assume anything anywhere is straight, plumb, or level to the degree that you require :P
