@RickiTarr@beige.party Canada, Japan, Germany, Norway, France, Spain and a bunch of other countries have some form of exit tax, which usually applies to most form of wealth. The US taxes citizens no matter where they live, so it doesn't even matter if the billionaires move. And if they give up US citizenship, there is an exit tax. In other words: let them move, it will cost them more.
