I'm getting pictures of the book cover from all over the world, and stories of book clubs, work groups, and whole teams reading it together.

And it's having an impact because of YOU. This is our celebration and I'm so grateful to be part of this powerful crew of people in tech. *We* can make magical things appear: evidence, changed minds, teams that didn't exist before, labs that no one thought would work but did, psychologists and other experts to fight for your needs. You may already know you are a builder but I don't know if you know how MUCH you can build.
