@WooShell@chaosfurs.social "prepaid" usually means DDP or IOSS, so it very well does imply both customs (if applicable) and VAT being prepaid. Apparently, Angy Paws is aware of a fuckup with EU shipping, so this seems to agree with that - otherwise this would be expected and not require action on their part.
