The man you call a "church employee" has a masters degree in theology and has been in ministry for 40 years.

@adam@podcastindex.social @dave@podcastindex.social AC, it’s cute that he has some education and work experience but if a pork sausage factory worker would have Ph.D. in pork sausages I would still call him pork sausage factory employee and I would not expect him to say anything bad about pork sausages and trying to sway me towards those yummy vegan burgers…
