experience after the first playing around: Connection between the two "hand devices" works flawlessly, even with a private channel. Now I just need to set up the repeater on the roof at some point to see how well it works further out

@leanderlindahl@social.folkdata.se @_elena@mastodon.social ok, Meshtastic works really well in Bern / Switzerland when you know about this https://mesh-schweiz.ch/quickstart/ it's basically a group in Switzerland that gives you some settings that help to set up a nice network and connect to nodes without interfeering too much with each other, and it works! While walking around Bern, I found more and more nodes all over Switzerland!
