Ooh, this has been a beautiful morning, so far. I've spent the time remembering my sources of joy, and holding gratitude for the abundance around me. I've unlocked new body feelings that I can explore more deliberately now. And I've gained wisdom and clarity about messages that The Universe has been sending to me. Another hour before the sun and moon rise, longer before they show over the Wasatch mountains. With this hour, I will dig more deeply into my sources of joy, to focus my attention there.
