I've shared that if you hire X thousand armed cops and give them a quota to arrest Y thousand people a month, that you will generate Z "uses of force."
And that the vast majority of those uses of force will be against innocent people.
Because there just aren't enough guilty people for the quota🤷🏿♂️
And I've shared that in Z uses of force, that a very predictable percent of them will result in one of your quota cops killing a person.
And remember, statistically, most of the people that they kill will be innocent.
Because quotas have them going after the entire demographic, not the criminals.
