  I'll take the bullet on this one. When Aleister Crowley convened with a demon after its summoning, he not only came back with a name but also a drawn image of the creature in question: a demon named Lam. Lam is evocative of many of the gray man stereotypes we've come to know throughout their depictions in popular culture. He has the same gray skin, the same wide skull and scrawny body, and of course the same facial shape. To me this serves as evidence to support the idea that either aliens are demons (hence why when people are having dreams or visions of being 'abducted,' they claim that commanding them away in the name of Christ will cause them to recoil and scurry away), or more sinisterly: the powers that be through their media influence have dripfed us knowledge about demons and have misrepresented them as another entity for the sake of misleading people to understand that what is actually demonic activity is 'just the work of aliens'. I have an easier time believing in these things than I do the presence of aliens in the universe because I can look outside and see 'intelligent life' and note that it's not that intelligent or common, which makes me then compare this same likelihood to the universe around me (and because I was raised Catholic, so there is an obvious theological bias working against me). Not sure about aliens, but there are definitely cryptids out there.
