Why do I bring up family court in regards to Joan Sebastian Guerrero?
It's about how ICE's strategy has ALREADY started to evolve to prepare for a less hot phase.
Trump is working to get more federal use out of local family court proceeedings.
Family Court is an avenue to harm on a nationwide massive scale with the benefit to Trump of generally being so isolating that advocates are unable to organize.

Killing a family man like Joan Sebastian Guerrero, IN FRONT of his family and community will NOT go well for ICE. But isolating Joan via family court THEN deporting him all while making an "immigrant men ain't shit" media cycle using circular logic based on their increased criminilization? Well that's a routine Democrats and Republicans alike have used effectively against Black and Native communities since the founding of America.
