After ICE dropped Joan Sebastian Guerrero on the ground and handcuffed him locals report the feds finally started thinking about first aid.
Reviewing videos it appears ICE agents basically did nothing with most of them clearly still in shock milling around. One or two ICE agents appear to have gotten some GSW training and kept their head long enough to stay with and turn over the patient to local cops before EMS arrived.

As these things go some people gave interviews with the cops, other's argued with cops and feds and the peace police were telling anti-cop protesters to "watch their mouths" before deciding they're on the same side at the end of the day. It takes all kinds I guess #biddeford #Maine #ICE #MaineICE
