Russia. The worst that can happen is that you accidentally blamed an evil regime for something it didn't do. Who gives a shit? They're evil. I wouldn't lose a minute of sleep over unduly hurting Putin. So I'm coming down firmly on the side of Putin killed Lindsey Graham. He was a tremendous ass kisser and piece of shit, but he knew Putin was America's enemy. And in his last public appearance, he was giddy to stick it to Russia.
