Was there any particular statute or is the lack of one?
Also how did you navigate the mess of words to see? It is really difficult for me.

Lack of one. But it depends on your city. Cities might have tighter restrictions vs the state. Even though it is Legal in both our states. As far as how I navigate ‘messes of words’ I am not sure what you mean. I mean I have to wear my glasses, lol.
