You may also encounter the following error while submitting your XML file if you are accessing the IFT application with a Web Access Code (WAC), on the T619 page after selecting “Submit”: Error: We cannot process your request at this time. We regret the inconvenience. Please try again later. If you encounter one of these errors, please ensure all mandatory fields are completed, and remove any empty optional tags and shortcut tags. "To prevent potential submission issues, ensure that the Name, Address, Country, and Province fields contain valid text and are not left blank or filled with spaces. As a best practice, if no information is to be provided for a given optional tag, remove the tag entirely rather than replacing its content with blank spaces.
