Dear Fediverse! I'm in dire need of: #fediverse #support. Who can help with an #etsyshop? My wife has been trying to open one for days, but always fails, due to the required identification process by #Persona. Of course, We followed all the instructions carefully and tried it with various browsers and devices, always with the same result: "identification is not possible" but not why. Support requests were always rejected with the same text blocks. Does anyone know this and has a solution?
