I am glad there is finally candidates, that are not funded by corpos, running in some areas.

We all still live under a dictatorship of capital and the capital owning class are more powerful than any politician. Also this comic is from Chile and not just about US politics. In Chile the Mamdani types gained a mass movement that was stalled by the structure of the government itself which left people frustrated then in 2026 they lost power to fascists.
