Lots of progress today. Got the theming system figured out. Excited to build the first theme for it. Got basic markdown working. Syntax works and rendering does SOMETHING, but it’s jank and ugly and the editor is nothing lol Also did some security hardening. Rate limiting, fixed a potential email exposure, setup csrf for stuff. Avatar upload restrictions. Little things I was putting off. All in all happy with progress. Slow and steady. 0 styling. Templates are purely functional reference. Very focused core with extensions later filling in functionality gaps. Wee! #forum #webdev #opensource
