i love how my UPS just isn't quite big enough to power my PC at full power and as a result any even slightly momentary blip in mains power while i'm using my PC over its rated output makes the UPS go into full meltdown mode, where it begins screaming non-stop with the loudest PC beeper ever made, and will not stop screaming with said speaker under any circumstance until you can manually convince it that its fine actually (which is either holding its power button for several seconds straight, while its busy screaming at you the entire time, or ~sometimes~ unplugging it and replugging it in will convince it that its battery is not about to explode actually)
