@commanderred@chaos.social if it's just for staying healthy and not weight loss then maybe you can treat yourself to something you enjoy afterwards
i'm mostly talking about food, but it could also be a warm bath
otherwise i don't really know of anything making it easier to stick to it, even after years of having the same exercise schedule i still regularly struggle to actually do it
though when i struggle i won't force myself to do my entire set of exercises, just as much as i feel the energy to
i think you don't need to feel bad if you can't fullfill all your goals immediately or if you skip though
struggling to exercise making your mental health worse probably won't help you in the long run
what helps for picking up a schedule is starting really simple
like only tying your shoes for a run, but not actually going on it
or just doing a few light reps to get used to the movement
then you gradually build on it until you feel like you're in a comfortable place
though all my points are really generic, so idk if they're actually of help
