@robyn@yeg.bike I have two theories on the business model: - data harvesting to train a bot to churn out resumes that get callbacks (or maybe to build a customer list for an AI resume filtering solution...create a problem and then sell the solution?) - intentional dystopia bots, funded by the same people who fund online troll farms. Making it both impossible to hire and impossible to get a job without a personal connection creates fertile ground for propaganda.
