Our punk-blues band had a bunch of gigs these past two months. On the second to last one my acrylic bass drum shell split in half, and the last show was played with a lot of duct tape. I've had the Tama special set for a decade or so, and it's been a big part of Käärmeöljy sound, but I've also been missing a bigger bass drum sound and thinking about upgrading my set. So this misfortune was the final straw in getting a new set for the next decade or so. #drums #punkblues #tama #rock
