@dee@social.treehouse.systems @alexadeswift@lgbtqia.space It depends on the mix of neurodivergence and tasks/expectations. My ADHD by far overacts my autism. So people management, meetings and HR tasks like grievance mediation are my happy place. I do pure people management. I do not want to be involved in technical details, the engineers are better at things. And I'm not involved in customer contact or sales apart from second line support. So that's a different diversity of tasks and expectations. And way less traveling. Because in traveling my autism acts up and makes everything more complicated compared to neurotypical folks.
