@mxchara@seattle.pink There is one! I'll likely still post, but I'll *ban* SCROLLING completely. Mastodon was initially a diary to me, and I may continue to keep it as such! I was aware I would *hate* "The Social Game" since Day 1, and I have often spoken from irritation about most microblogging apps placing the Post-Compose button in the very tab where one *reads* posts. It is distracting! I also like the Forum format much more! I like topics and discussions in one place, not associated with identities.

@mxchara@seattle.pink Moreover, Lemmy is doing better, Reddit is no longer algorithmic sludge - one can see more "core people" again - and I can definitely also start hanging out with my Discord friends better after all these years! (E.g. playing+making games! They *never* want to change platforms.) I should definitely look forward to a *healthier* internet life. Not necessarily a constrained one. I have learned that there are more ways to have fun. I now need to dig into the weeds and pull out ✨The Gold✨!
