"20 times less"!?!?!? 😡 What sort of innumerate, illiterate, halfwitted oxygen thief would say "20 times less"? Until I saw the chart, I didn't know what on earth it meant. They could have said "one twentieth". Or "5%" Or "95% less". But "20 times less" is so ammiguous that it's headwrecking.
