@PizzaDemon@mastodon.online @joelpomales@mastodon.social If you tax churches you need to give representation to churches. That means religious representation in government in the form of religious lobbyists and religious priests. It is not sufficient that religious people can vote.

We even have bishops and nuns publicly demonstrating to end abortion, ie, vote Republican. Second, there is a Chaplain of the House of Representatives and military chaplains, all paid on the taxpayer dime. Make religions part of the entertainment business, and let them pay the same taxes as a theater.
