As much as I enjoy having a window open during warmer weather I do look forward to winter when it's shut tight blocking out most of the outside noise, there's no fans humming along trying to keep me cool & I can keep the TV volume at at 10 instead of the 20 that I need in order to hear it because of all the excess noise in the summertime! It just seems quieter in winter.
