@adamshostack@infosec.exchange @PogoWasRight@infosec.exchange okay, so this one sounds like the equivalent of Ch11, which is why the website is still up. I've considered a list of "badly hurt, but not destroyed" companies and this would certainly be on that list, but it ain't dead yet. I'll put it on a watchlist. Insolvency proceedings have been initiated – and why we are still looking ahead Insolvency does not automatically mean the end of a company. Rather, the process offers the opportunity to restructure, reposition, and economically stabilize a company. We will dedicate ourselves fully to precisely this goal.
