China's capital builds forests where deserts used to be, trains to reduce car dependency, and solar panels to reduce coal and oil use. Capital is the control of the labors of mankind. When the wealthy control labor, you get stupid shit that only psychopaths want. When the people control labor, you get improvements that help everyone.
