I am pretty sure I had a boss who did that behind his desk while I was in his office on the other side. I couldn’t be sure and I couldn’t say anything. But if I was in those kinds of positions today, I would ask for accommodations and that they keep their hands above the cape, desk, etc. Men make living as a woman so hard.
