For example, I modified a keyboard firmware to be usable with one hand (but there's an option to do the remapping in the OS, so you don't really have to buy the new hardware). So, tell us more about your needs and we will figure something out. What's your primary OS? What do you do mostly, is it typing, or mouse work, like CAD? Will you continue working at your desk, or we need to think about a different workplace? There are also good Reddit communities. I like the disabledgamers the most.
