@stroughtonsmith@mastodon.social to me it feels intentional, they want to move people away from chats (that doesn’t accumulate your usage limits) to Codex, to sell more expensive subs. One complex, deep-thinking question in Pro mode chat was free, now in Codex side it can suck 10% of your 5h quota.
