it does sorta eschew utility for the novelty of "oh my god its so red" but also oh my god its so red

I really really like this light Some have said that other models are better/newer but I wanted a D4V2 for its ideal size I've heard that red flashlights are useful for stargazing, to preserve your night vision. I didn't know that it was possible to special-request 720nm! I have the normal red ones, I think 660nm. I wonder how feasible it would be for me to swap LEDs by myself.
