Ha, I had a manager like that. After support relayed a customer ticket to him: “tell the customer he is an idiot! We have a fucking export function for all his data! If he wants a custom bullshit report with is corporate style, he can import it into Excel and do it himself! Tell him that, but in a more professional tone.” Bestest it manager ever.
