I've has several random toots appearing in my timeline today and I've no idea why. See attachment for one example – I don't speak Italian, and have no interest in crypto or any of the other hashtags shown.
Does Mastodon have a "why the hell am I seeing this?" function? How can I go about finding out please?

@timsk@mastodon.social On #pachli I can usually see why a post is visible in my timeline. Most of the time it's a hashtag I forgot I'm following.
