Specifically "Appendix I: Risk impact matrix". Building more data centers for genAI is the last thing we need.

@modrobert@infosec.exchange i don’t see animal farming in this document, which with public data implies 20x more global warming effects than all datacenters (not just ai) together. But yeah, those ai monster datacenters are awful and we should totally try to reduce it’s use
