Decided to try out #CachyOS, since so many people seem to like it a lot. I don't. Everything is so ... extremely configured and skinned. It's sort of nice, but just not in the way that the dotfiles I have dragged with me for more than a decade are nice. CachyOS just feels tacky. I like that I can install CachyOS on encypted btrfs and I'll poke around in that and then checkout Gentoo next, and try btrfs there. I am pretty sure Gentoo is much more to my liking. And there's always Debian...
