So, in addition to an NP that already drops stars per turn for 5 turns, Merlin is now a 30% party charger, and hands out additional critical damage (to better exploit those stars I guess), AND increases the base star drop rate for all allies. Oh, and the skill cooldown dropped by one. #FGO
