Ahh. Yes.
There are B.A. that aren't Nicene,
and there are other, B.A. and otherwise, supposedly Nicene sects that don't elucidate the esoteric nuances for the plebes. (the original meaning of esoterica!)
[ If you like this kind of nuance, I recommend the card game Credo!, which is like the Nuckear War card game, but for Ecumenical Councils, hersey&creed, and one counts souls saved not burned. ]
