2028: LLM image generators are nearly totally socially stigmatized since crashing the global economy, but for some reason restaurant owners continue to use it for gross illustrations instead of just taking middling photos of the actual food they make like they did for decades before. this aesthetic spirals off into its own distinct form: increasingly nauseating charbroiled grease fractals bearing little resemblance to anything a human would consider eating.
