@BylinesEast@mastodon.social I say this a lot, but I strongly suspect that climate change is at some point going to render trees unviable. There will be HUGE die-offs of the canopy, and new trees won't grow. At that point human extinction will follow rapidly. Unless we DO something to avoid it, NOW. #ClimateChange #Extinction #Trees
