Linux has much, much better privilege separation, and builtin tools like selinux and apparmor.

Cool, but doesn’t help with serious exploits. I’d even argue that most of this is little more than security theater in this day and age, relics from an age when users dialed into computers at universities and other large organizations through physical terminals.
