* limiting accounts to reduce visibility and followership
* suspending accounts without due process
* ignoring GDPR requests for those based in the EU
* censoring content even if it is reported on regulated national news channels or newspapers, or discussed by world-class scholars and journalists
yes, #mastodon admins are a threat actor too
