@donray@mastodon.online Recent heavy rains have been missing us too. Which is okay considering how much damage the included high winds caused...
Two buckets a day and possibly four in days to come... is nothing compared to gardens in years past that needed eight of those 5 gallon buckets😆
I have some plastic rings around the plants, maybe 5 inches tall. So I can just dump the water and it doesn't spread out all over the place...

@lfisk@infosec.exchange I definitely wasn’t sad about missing the bad storms. I like watering with buckets so I can know how much water I’m giving. In any case, my watering is (hopefully) supplementary — just enough to keep the plants growing well until the next rain. Fingers crossed.
