98% isn't very much
I have this conversation often enough, whether it is about supporting use cases or people, success rate of a process, or etc.
It's one of the cases where people will lie to your face using ratios: If the glass is half full, they will say 98%, which sounds like almost everything; If the glass is half empty, they will say 1 out of 50, which suddently sounds like an alarming figure.
