https://techcrunch.com/2026/07/10/apple-sues-openai-over-alleged-trade-secret-theft of possible interest to bubble watchers, maybe what precipitates OpenAI's downfall is that multiple 900lb gorillas get pissed enough at them and have strong enough legal cases that they all just start suing and the skeletons we all know are there come out in discovery. and maybe Guadagnino's "Artificial" film comes out in the middle of that and craters their public image even further.
