Long story but one of the many AI/ML based hr startups wanted to claim how their profiled candidates done well in the roles they got hired for and i asked but did the folks you rejected underperform? Forgot a bad one they didn't even have one deflection ready for no one in the team or client or investor had asked of type 1 AND 2 error validation. Ever. That was just tip of iceberg on those startup models. solid grift lads.
